Do I need an account to place an order?
Not at all! You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, registering a free Melodows account comes with some great perks:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@melodows.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping addresses cannot be updated once an order has been processed or dispatched. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout. We recommend using your permanent residential address rather than a temporary location to avoid delivery issues.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first — our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@melodows.com with your name and the email address used at checkout, and we’ll resend your confirmation right away.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including:

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions on the Melodows website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your payment details are transmitted securely and are never stored on our servers. We use trusted, industry-standard payment processors to handle all transactions safely.
Will I be charged in USD?
Yes, all transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can happen for several reasons, including incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar transaction. We recommend double-checking your information or contacting your bank. You’re also welcome to try a different payment method or reach out to us for assistance.
📦 Shipping & Tracking
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. As a general guide:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@melodows.com.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. Is something wrong?
Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update, especially during transit between countries or customs processing. If your tracking hasn’t moved in more than 7 business days, please reach out and we’ll investigate for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers and thresholds.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@melodows.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process within 1 business day.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@melodows.com with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM, your order number, and clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
There’s an item missing from my order. What now?
Please contact us at support@melodows.com with the subject line MISSING ITEM and your order number. We’ll look into it right away and make sure you receive everything you ordered.
