Shipping & Delivery

We know you’re excited to spoil your pet — and we’re just as excited to get your order to you. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship. 📦🐾


⏱️ How Delivery Time Works

Your total delivery time is made up of two stages:

🛠️ Processing Time

Order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging.
Typically 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

🙩 Transit Time

The time your package travels from our fulfillment center to your door.
Varies by destination (see table below).


🌍 Estimated Delivery Times by Region

The following timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched:

🌏 Rest of World 15 – 30 business days Customs & local carrier dependent

⚠️ These are estimated timeframes only. Delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control and may extend delivery times.


📧 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your package’s journey.

  • Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to activate after your order ships
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us
  • For the most accurate updates, use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email

Haven’t received your tracking info within 5 business days of ordering? Email us at support@melodows.com and we’ll look into it right away.


🛡️ Shipping Protection

All orders from Melodows include standard shipping protection. This means:

  • 📦 If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
  • 💔 If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a full refund — just send us photos within 14 days of delivery

To report a lost or damaged shipment, email support@melodows.com with your order number and relevant photos.


📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal and does not indicate a missing item. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change to your order? We’ll do our best to help — but please act quickly:

  • Contact us at support@melodows.com within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Include your order number and the change you’d like to make
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address, items, or quantities

Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout — especially size, color, and shipping address.


🌏 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order. Melodows is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing.
