2. Who Can Use This Site
This site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If a younger person wishes to place an order, a parent or legal guardian must be aware of and consent to the purchase, and accepts full responsibility for it. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, or restrict access, where we have reasonable grounds to do so — including suspected fraud or misuse.
3. Products & Stock
How We Present Our Products
Photos, descriptions, and formulation details are provided as a helpful guide rather than an exact specification. Colour shades may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product — this is a normal result of varying display settings and is not considered a fault. We aim for accuracy across our beauty catalogue but cannot guarantee every listing is entirely free of minor errors.
Availability
Stock levels change in real time. We may adjust quantities or remove listings without advance notice. If an item you've paid for turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you promptly to arrange a refund or offer a comparable alternative.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing
Prices are shown primarily in USD; other currencies may be displayed for reference. Listed prices include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and confirmed before you complete payment.
Because some orders ship from outside the EU, import duties or VAT may be applied by the destination country upon arrival — these are not included in our checkout price. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for full details.
We may update product prices at any time. The price shown at the point you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Payment
Payment is collected when you submit your order. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Your full card details are never stored on our servers — all payment data is transmitted through encrypted channels.
5. Placing an Order
How Checkout Works
Add items to your basket → proceed to checkout → enter your shipping and billing details → review your order summary → complete payment → receive your confirmation.
Order Confirmation
A binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We may still cancel an order after this point if we identify a stock issue, a pricing error, or signs of fraudulent activity. If we do, we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.
Your Responsibility
Please make sure the delivery and contact details you provide are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship to Romania, other EU member states, the United Kingdom, and selected destinations in North America. Our Shipping & Delivery policy contains the full list of supported countries, along with processing times, estimated transit windows, and guidance on how customs duties apply to orders dispatched from outside the EU.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no reason required. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the period begins from the day you receive the final parcel.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or personalised items; perishable goods; or hygiene-sensitive beauty products that were sealed and have since been opened.

8. Legal Guarantee
Under EU consumer law, all products purchased from us carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item turns out to be faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or proportional price reduction. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for instructions on how to report a problem.

10. Your Obligations
When using this site, you agree to: provide accurate and honest information; use the site for lawful purposes only; avoid interfering with the site's operation or attempting to access systems you're not authorised to use; and respect our intellectual property and that of others.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, product descriptions, logos, and design elements on this site belong to APEXRISE S.R.L. and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You're welcome to browse, print pages for personal use, or share product links — anything beyond that, including scraping or commercial reuse, requires our prior written permission.
12. Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of the site or our products; our total liability on any given order is capped at the price you paid for the relevant item; and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Section 13).
Warranty Disclaimer
Aside from guarantees stated here or required by law, products are sold as-is without further warranty.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right you are entitled to under applicable law, including EU consumer protection rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: natural disasters; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government actions or trade restrictions; pandemics or public health emergencies; strikes or labour disputes; supplier or carrier failures; or technical system outages.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are an EU consumer, you may bring legal proceedings either in the courts of your country of residence or in the courts of Romania, at your choice. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules that apply to you under your local law.
EU consumers may also submit disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
