At Melodows, we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We want every pet parent to shop with confidence.

📋 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with original packaging where applicable
- The item is not from our non-returnable categories (see below)
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
⛔ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or partially consumed pet food, treats, or supplements
- Used grooming tools or hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may arrive damaged. If this happens, please don’t worry — we’ll take care of it immediately.
What to do:
- Email us at support@melodows.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Submit your report within 14 days of receiving your order
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
🔍 Missing Items
If your order arrived incomplete or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Email support@melodows.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM
- Include your order number and a description of the missing item(s)
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly — typically within 2 business days.
💳 Refund Details
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be returned to that same method
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you and your pet!
🎉 Promotional Purchases
Return eligibility may vary during special promotions, flash sales, or holiday events. Please review the specific terms and conditions of any promotion before placing your order. Items purchased during “Final Sale” events are not eligible for return or refund.
